Dr. Betsy & Patient Paws have always done things differently—we are Fear Free and Low Stress Handling Certified and ONLY have your pet’s physical and emotional well-being in mind (seriously!). We do our best to communicate and work within budgetary constraints as needed, and we always strive to tailor a treatment plan accordingly.

Housecall Services & Fees
We are a single veterinarian practice, and cannot guarantee same day appointments. Housecalls will be performed as our schedule permits.
We are not a full diagnostic or emergency clinic. Click on the “Emergency & Alternative Clinics” tab for a list of full service clinics.
We don’t have X-Ray capability, and we are not equipped to do anesthesia, surgical or emergency procedures. If we feel your pet needs more care than we can provide, or if they are not responding properly to the symptomatic treatment we have already provided, we will refer you to a full service facility.
General HOUSECALL SERVICES
We offer wellness services and minor urgent care treatment (schedule permitting), including:
annual exams and vaccines
exams for medication &/or preventative refills
LIMITED lab work (results in 5-7 days)
treatment for minor injuries (that DO NOT require sedation or surgery)
treatment for minor illness (that DO NOT require immediate diagnostics)

in-home euthanasia
We know how difficult this decision can be, and we do everything we can to try to mitigate the stress for all involved. We utilize sedation as necessary and will walk you through every step. We also offer hospice services.

~Medication Requests~
We are happy to approve prescriptions through any valid pharmacy for our existing clients upon request. We also offer our own online pharmacy that is run by a THIRD PARTY VENDOR (we don’t set the prices!!!) for your convenience. Click the button below.
For our current clients that would like to request medications DIRECTLY FROM US for Home Delivery, or for us to call in to your preferred outside pharmacy, PLEASE USE THE REQUEST FORM BELOW (delivery or mailing fees may apply).
